JB Central Apartment

JB Central Apartment is a self-catering apartment in District 1, in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, where each unit has a private bathroom, air conditioning, free WiFi and a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and stovetop. It suits guests who want room to cook and to spread out, rather than a single hotel room.

There are two apartment types. The Deluxe Apartment is the larger at 35 m², with a separate bedroom, a living room with a seating area and a flat-screen TV, a safe deposit box and a view. The Superior Apartment is 30 m², with one bedroom holding a large king-size bed, a bathroom with both a bath and a shower, and a hot tub. Both units are set up for two adults, and the Deluxe Apartment also allows one child.

The building has a lift, a concierge desk, daily housekeeping, laundry and ironing service, a minimarket and a barber and beauty shop on site, and luggage storage. Reception staff speak English and Vietnamese. Check-in runs from 13:00 to 22:00 and check-out is by 11:30.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, kitchenware, an electric kettle and a kitchenette, plus a dining table. Bathrooms come with a bath or shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries, and each unit has towels, slippers, linen, an alarm clock, a clothes rack and an iron with a pants press.

The building offers private check-in and check-out, a lift, a concierge service, daily housekeeping, laundry and ironing service, a minimarket, a barber and beauty shop, and luggage storage. Grocery deliveries are available, and the building is non-smoking throughout, with a designated smoking area.

Within a few hundred metres are Công viên Bến Bạch Đằng, 300 m away, and the Japanese Corners, 100 m away, and the Saigon Opera House is 350 m away.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.5 km away, and Saigon Railway Station is about 3 km, both reached by taxi or ride-hailing. Three ferry terminals sit within 550 m of the building: Bến Bạch Đằng at 500 m, and Bến Ba Son and Bến Thủ Thiêm at 550 m each, so the Saigon River is a short walk away. There is no parking at the building, so the simplest way to arrive is by taxi or ride-hailing, and it helps to give the driver the building's name and the street.

Museums are the main draw nearby: the Ho Chi Minh City Museum is 700 m away, the Vietnam History Museum 950 m, the Fine Arts Museum 1.2 km and the War Remnants Museum 1.4 km. The Zoo and Botanical Garden Ho Chi Minh is 950 m away, and Tao Dan Park 1.5 km.
